Is there a free trial?

Yes! All plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You'll have access to all features in your selected plan during the trial period.

Can I change plans later?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle, and we'll prorate any differences.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. Enterprise plans can also pay by invoice with net-30 terms.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We use row-level multi-tenancy so your shop's data is completely isolated. We perform daily backups with 30-day retention.

Do you offer discounts for multiple locations?

Yes. If you operate more than one shop location, contact our sales team for volume pricing. Enterprise plans include multi-location support out of the box.

What happens when my trial ends?

When your trial ends, you'll be prompted to select a plan and enter payment details. Your data is preserved for 30 days after trial expiration, so you won't lose anything.
